The following return policy (“Policy”) governs your ordering of all products from the website https://www.ohmylk.hk/ operated by Ohmylk Limited (“Ohmylk” or “we” or “our” or “us”). By placing an order for a product on the website, you agree to the terms herein.
Return and Exchange Policy
Within 7 days of purchase, defective or non-compliant products can be exchanged. No refunds are provided by Ohmylk Limited.
Returned products must be in original packaging with all documents, labels, and accessories.
Sales receipt/invoice is required for return.
Returned products must be unused, with intact serial numbers.
Company must inspect returns before issuing replacements.
Warranty Service
If you would experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, Ohmylk warrants your product for a period of one year from the date of purchase, and we will repair or replace it.
The warranty exchange service is limited to one time, excluding any problems occurring within 7 days of purchase.
The company must receive and inspect the product to be returned before issuing a replacement.
To enjoy the product exchange service, please bear the shipping cost and send the product to our company for maintenance or bring it in person, and provide the sales receipt/invoice.
The free warranty of the product will be void if the product is: not used correctly according to the instructions, modified or tampered with, damaged due to negligence or human error, accidents, misuse, improper use, fire, earthquake, or other external factors, used for commercial purposes or abused, or damaged due to lack of proper cleaning after use.
Return and Exchange Instructions
We only process returns and exchanges from Monday to Friday, excluding any public holidays in Hong Kong.
If you intend to exchange the purchased product, please contact us first. We will request information including your name, order number, contact details, and reason for return.
We reserve the right to refuse products that do not qualify for return. Items that do not qualify for return include those damaged due to improper maintenance or use, as well as items returned without authorization.
In case of any dispute arising, the decision of the company shall be final.
