SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once you place the order for a product, we will process your order under the following conditions.
Typical shipping & handling takes 3-5 business days.
We may process orders also on Saturday and Sunday or any public holiday in Hong Kong.
We will be able to ship the product to the delivery address specified by you after we process your order.
We currently partner with multiple carrier services.
You are advised to contact us prior to placing an order if you are based at an international location besides Hong Kong.
We may also provide expedited shipping in certain cases and you are advised to contact us for any information regarding this.
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your shipment is delivered on time. However, note that all the order processing and shipping timelines stated herein are mere estimations and we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at your place by the stated time herein. The shipment may be delayed due to unexpected occurrences beyond our control including acts of God such as including but not limited to changes to law or regulations, embargoes, war, terrorism, acts or omissions of third-party service providers including carriers, lockdowns, epidemics, riots, earthquakes, floods, weather conditions, or any other causes beyond our control.
We will send an email confirmation with the shipment tracking number and order details to you once the order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for an incorrect address provided by you that leads to the delayed delivery or non-delivery. We do not have the ability to change the delivery address once the product has been shipped from our end.
Once the ordered products are handed over to the carrier for shipping, the risk of loss and title for the products will pass to you.
